All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited Shipping: 4=7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (you can adjust this amount).


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right
